Realme Buds Air Pro Bluetooth connection Problems and Solutions
a. Problem: How to connect earphones via Bluetooth?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ When using for the first time, make sure that the headset is in the charging case.
▪︎ Open the charging case, remove the red insulating film between the headset and the charging case and check whether the charging case has power or not.
▪︎ After opening the case, the headset will automatically enter the pairing mode. If you are unable to search for bluetooth, long-press the charging case and press button for 3 seconds until the green light flashes and release it to enter the Bluetooth search mode.
▪︎ Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
▪︎ Regular pairing: You will see the realme Buds Air Pro device name in the pairing list and then click on it to pair.
▪︎ Quick pairing: Bring the realme Buds Air Pro close to a realme mobile phone that supports quick pairing. When the phone's Bluetooth is turned on, the phone will pop up a quick pairing prompt then you have to follow the instructions to complete the pairing.
▪︎ If you still can't connect, please follow the reset operation to restore factory settings and reconnect.
b. Problem: How to disconnect earphones from phone?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ Put both earphones in the box, close the box cover, and it will automatically disconnect.
▪︎ Click on the earphones Bluetooth name after the device is connected, and then select unpair option to disconnect.
▪︎ Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and it will automatically disconnect.
c. Problem: Why i am not able to connect earphones via Bluetooth?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ It is recommended that you temporarily turn off WLAN/Hotspot in the phone and reconnect the earphones.
▪︎ Put the earphones into the charging case and close the lid for 10 seconds. After reopening the box case, the headset will automatically enter the pairing mode. Refresh the availavle Bluetooth devices and check for the earphones name and then click on it to reconnect.
▪︎ Restore the factory settings of the headset to reconnect as follows:
• Open the charging box, remove the red insulating film between the headset and the charging box, and check whether the charging box has power.
• Press and hold the button on the side of the charging case for 10 seconds.
• After the indicator light of the charging case flashes and turns off, open the case again to reconnect.
