realme Buds Air Pro Common Issues and Quick Fixes

Recently, realme has launched the realme Buds Air Pro along with othe AIoT Accessories. Some users are facing some unwanted issue in their Buds Air Pro so, in this thread i will be discussing all the common issues and how you can fix them easily from your own.
If you are also facing any issue, i hope you will find the solution here in this thread itself. So, let's get started with this thread.
1. Charging Issues and Solutions
a. Problem: Why the headset is not charging?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ Check and Charge the charging case.
▪︎ If the headset has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it for a longer time than usual to activate the headset.
▪︎ Clean the earphone's charging points and keep the surface clean always.
▪︎ Check the charging points in the charging case for dust and dirt and clean them safely.
▪︎ After you put the headset in the charging case, the indicator will flash once after the charging case detects the headset successfully placed inside it.
▪︎ If the indicator does not flash, please put back the headset into the charging case again.
b. Problem: Why the playback time of earphones is less than normal?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ It is recommended to use the headset frequently after it is fully charged.
▪︎ Turn down the volume to check whether the playback time increases or not.
▪︎ Please keep away from objects with large electromagnetic interference, such as microwave ovens, and ensure that no barrier should come in-between earphones and mobile phone.
c. Problem: What things should i check while i put it on charging?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ It is recommended to use a 5V /1A standard brand's original charger.
▪︎ Do not charge in the environment or surroundings with high temperature, high humidity or low temperature.
▪︎ If the headset case is not used after fully charged, the headset will run out of power and shut down after about 150 days. It is recommended to charge the headset case once a month to avoid battery damage.
2. Accessories Problems and Solutions
a. Problem: How to choose and replace the earmuffs?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ You must choose different sizes of earmuffs according to the ear canal's size. The left and right ears can be comfortable with different sizes of earmuffs.
▪︎ It is recommended that you should choose comfortable earphones. Big earmuffs may cause ear swelling, and small earmuffs may cause earphones to fall down easily.
● Replacement method:
Remove the earmuffs from the horn hole of earphones, clean the dust from the horn hole, and select the appropriate earmuffs and apply it.
3. Touch action Problems and Solutions
a. Problem: Why double click action on earphones are not responding?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ Double click the headset in the correct position according to the instructions (See the below image).
▪︎ Adjust the position of the earphones or change the appropriate earmuffs to ensure that the earphones fits accurately and perfectly.
▪︎ Tap the disc on the back of the headset twice in a row, using your fingers and don't use your nails.
▪︎ The surface of the finger should be clean, and if the finger surface is dirty, it will be insensitive on the headphone touch area.
4. Bluetooth connection Problems and Solutions
a. Problem: How to connect earphones via Bluetooth?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ When using for the first time, make sure that the headset is in the charging case.
▪︎ Open the charging case, remove the red insulating film between the headset and the charging case and check whether the charging case has power or not.
▪︎ After opening the case, the headset will automatically enter the pairing mode. If you are unable to search for bluetooth, long-press the charging case and press button for 3 seconds until the green light flashes and release it to enter the Bluetooth search mode.
▪︎ Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
▪︎ Regular pairing: You will see the realme Buds Air Pro device name in the pairing list and then click on it to pair.
▪︎ Quick pairing: Bring the realme Buds Air Pro close to a realme mobile phone that supports quick pairing. When the phone's Bluetooth is turned on, the phone will pop up a quick pairing prompt then you have to follow the instructions to complete the pairing.
▪︎ If you still can't connect, please follow the reset operation to restore factory settings and reconnect.
b. Problem: How to disconnect earphones from phone?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ Put both earphones in the box, close the box cover, and it will automatically disconnect.
▪︎ Click on the earphones Bluetooth name after the device is connected, and then select unpair option to disconnect.
▪︎ Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and it will automatically disconnect.
c. Problem: Why i am not able to connect earphones via Bluetooth?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ It is recommended that you temporarily turn off WLAN/Hotspot in the phone and reconnect the earphones.
▪︎ Put the earphones into the charging case and close the lid for 10 seconds. After reopening the box case, the headset will automatically enter the pairing mode. Refresh the availavle Bluetooth devices and check for the earphones name and then click on it to reconnect.
▪︎ Restore the factory settings of the headset to reconnect as follows:
• Open the charging box, remove the red insulating film between the headset and the charging box, and check whether the charging box has power.
• Press and hold the button on the side of the charging case for 10 seconds.
• After the indicator light of the charging case flashes and turns off, open the case again to reconnect.
5. Stuck & Delay Problems and Solutions
a. Problem: Why no sound coming from earphones after connecting?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ Make sure that your earphones are not in a strong interference environment, away from microwave oven and other objects with large electromagnetic interference.
▪︎ Turn up the volume on your phone.
▪︎ Put the phone and earphones together, or reconnect.
▪︎ Disconnect and put the earphones back into the charging case, close the lid for 5 seconds, open the cover, reconnect with the phone or disconnect the phone from another bluetooth device if connected.
▪︎ Just take out the earphones from the charging case and click on the mobile phone to connect.
b. Problem: Why the sound is delayed even in low latency mode or gaming mode?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ Turn off the unnecessary apps in the mobile phone and clear the memory.
▪︎ Choose high-quality broadband WIFI or data network.
▪︎ Use a mobile phone with a high configuration as much as possible.
6. Poor Sound Quality Problems and Solutions
a. Problem: Why is the sound quality poor?/ Why the noise reduction effect is poor?
=> Follow the solutions as mentioned below :-
▪︎ Replace suitable earmuffs and put the earphones back into the ears.
▪︎ When wearing the earphones, please identify the left and right ears, and rotate them to ensure the fit between the earphones and the auricle of the ear.
